GENESIS 6:1-4
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, daughters were
born unto them, that the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were fair; and

the daughters of men and they bare children unto them, the same

SONS OF GOD ARE ANGELS - NEPHILIM ARE ET'S
The Sons Of God in Gen-6 can be none else than the Angels of God! And in this specific instance, this title "sons of God", is specifically referring to Fallen Angels. Angels are called "sons of God" in the Old Testament because they were directly created by God, just as Adam was likewise directly created by God! Hence, Adam is also called "son of God" -(Luk 3:38). The Hebrew word for “sons Of God” is bene`elohim, pronounced, BEN-EE, EL-O-HEEM. This word is used 3 other times in the Old Testament and undeniably refers to ANGELS each and every time -(Job 1:6 • 2:1 • 38:7). According to scripture, Angels have the ability to take human form -(see Gen 19:1‐7 • Heb.13:2). Evidently, some Angels looked upon and lusted after the Daughters of men, abandoned their residence in heaven, exchanged their celetial bodies for terrestrial bodies, assuming Human Form, took whomever they chose and married the "daughters of men" to engage in sexual intercourse, thereby producing off-spring of an extra-terrestrial nature, called Nephilim, a new half-bred race - (Jude 1:6-7)

Although Jesus said, “The Angels in Heaven, neither give nor take in marriage”, Jesus never said, that Angels were incapable of taking human form to thereby perform sexual intercourse, or were incapable as Angels to perform sexual intercourse, but Jesus stated that they “The Angels in Heaven neither give or take in Marriage”. Taking in Marriage and engaging in sexual intercourse are 2-totally different activities. Jesus never said that Angels were incapable of performing sexual intercourse.
ALSO NOTICE THIS: Jesus stated in the very same breath, these very specific words, …“The Angels in Heaven”… In this statement Jesus did not include the disobedient Angels who fell to Earth, or those who left after the Fall, for they do NOT OBEY God, but obey SATAN. The Angels, who live in Heaven, live there, because they have chosen thus far, to be obedient to God and have not entered into sexual sin as some of their fellow angels have done. But scripture reveals that some Angels have left their heavenly abode and have abandoned their celestial bodies, choosing rather to lust, pervert and sin against both God and man, by taking on human form, to go after strange human flesh, sexually speaking! - (Jude 1:6‐7 • 2Pe 2:4‐6 • 1Pe 3:19‐20). Does not scripture tell us to entertain strangers, because those strangers we entertain, just might be Angels, unaware unto us? - (Heb 13:2). So why are Angels undetected by us humans? Because often times, ANGELS appear as HUMANS... we do not know they are ANGELS. The point here is, ANGELS have the ABILITY to appear in HUMAN BODIES and evidently, some ANGELS ABUSED THAT PRIVILEGE by crossing the line, sexually speaking, which God had set for the Angels to obey. If the verse listed above (Jude 1:6‐7) clearly says that the ANGELS went after STRANGE FLESH and gave themselves over to FORNICATION, we can therefore, draw no other conclusion regarding the IDENTITY of these mysterious SONS OF GOD, for Word of God does not lie. It boggles the mind and stretches the interpretation to assert that these SONS OF GOD were nothing but mere men!!

Possibly, Satan enticed his angelic followers to do such, playing on their lusts to carry out his plan, to genetically corrupt ALL Human Seed (human-dna-gene-pool) upon the face of the earth. Why would Satan want to do such a thing? To thwart/prevent the prophecy (Gen 3:15) of this PROMISED HUMAN SEED from being born and fulfilled. Such fulfillment would in turn, bring about Satan’s own demise. I believe that Satan cringed for centuries being haunted by the prospect of being destroyed by this Promised Seed to come! As a result of this first messianic prophecy, Satan evidently inspired the Pharaoh of Egypt, from the Old Testament and then later, King Herod from the New Testament to slaughter all MALE babies from 2-years of age and under, in a futile attempt to prevent this messiah from coming to fruition. After all, Satan was present when God uttered this first messianic prophecy and promise to bring about his very own demise and evidently, Satan believed God accordingly. Why else would any ruler order the slaughter of innocent male babies?
The very first prophecy (called the proto-evangel) uttered from the Creators mouth, to Satan himself was, “…the Seed of the woman will crush your head…” Notice, the woman does not naturally posses human Seed within her, but man does! Why did God say "the seed of the woman?" Why didn't God say, "the seed of the man?" Did God utter a mistake? Absolutely not! God was prophetically pronouncing the miraculous virgin birth of God-Incarnate, the God-Man and Messiah, Christ Jesus, the savior of the world! God in essence, was telling Satan, that a future human child would be born, not of a human father, but born of a virgin woman, (what woman, Satan knew not) who had never been with a man and that this Promised Seed to come, would decisively crush Satan's head, eventually putting Satan out of business, for good, once and for all... thank you Jesus!
Later on, Satan probably figured that if he could corrupt and contaminate ALL HUMAN SEED upon the earth, then how would this Promised Human Seed ever be born to crush him? How could this Seed of a Human woman ever be born, if there were no more original pure Humans left, just co-mingled half-breeds? Hence, the Angels copulated with daughters of men producing these half-breeds, who were part-Human, part Angelic, Half Celestial (angelic), Half-Terrestrial (human) beings. What type of being would this half-breed be? Not Celestial or Terrestrial, because such would be a mixture of both kinds. How about Extra-Celestial Beings? We can not classify them as EXTRA-CELESTIAL because such co-mingling of species would not produce an Extra/Higher form of Celestial Being, but could only produce a lower form of Celestial Beings. Such off-spring could only be a lower form of Celestial Beings, but a Higher form of a Terrestrial Being. These extra-terrestrial beings are identified as NEPHILIM, but ancient history refers to them as MEN OF RENOWN -(Gen 6:4), for they were famous, well KNOWN by ALL inhabitants of the earth, for the NEPHILIM dominated all the earth. These men of renown are known as children of the gods (fallen-angels), with names like:
Aphrodite - Apollo - Atlas
Artimes - Epimetheus
Hades - Hercules
Hyperion - Metis
Neptune - Oceanus
Prometheus - Themis

According to the book of Enoch, the name of the Angelic Leader who led this sexual crusade was SEMYAZA, of which, 200-fellow Angels conspired to submit under his command. Semjaza and these other 200-Angels were the Fathers of the Nephilim-Giants, who became men of renown and worshiped as gods. According to Enoch, men willingly sought out these Angels to offer their own wives and daughters unto them, so that they could become royal offspring in the earth, gaining prominence a preferential treatment among the gods and man. Hence, according to both scripture and the Book of Enoch, God judged these Angels severely for their sins and the great evil they produced on earth and put an end to their evil accordingly - (2Peter 2:4-5 • Jude 1:6-7 • Enoch 6:3-5 • Enoch 10:9-14).
As the earth became predominately populated with extra-terrestrial half-bred Nephilim, evil and violence reached untold proportions, forcing the hand of God to eventually destroy ALL LIFE, and repopulate the earth once again, with Pure Humans, as originally planned, so the Promised Human Seed, prophesied by God Himself (Gen 3:15), may come. Not only was fallen mankind wicked and violent, in and of themselves, wickedness and violence multiplied exponentially, thus reaching untold proportions with the aid of these Fallen Angels and their Extra-Terrestrial offspring, called the Nephilim. In essence, God started over with untainted human seed/flesh, to repopulate and multiply in all the earth, by using Noah and his 3-sons & their families (8-people altogether), who were righteous in their generation, because they had kept themselves sexually pure, and spiritually clean, free of contamination by the seed of these “sons of God”. Hence, the Nephilim were the Extra-Terrestrial children born from this forbidden sexual copulation and co-mingling of seed between the "angelic sons of God" and the "human daughters of men".
DEMONS ARE DISEMBODIED SPIRITS OF NEPHILIM-GIANTS
These Nephilim were Giant in stature and strength. The Nephilim Giants perished in the Flood of Noah's Day and their disembodied spirits now roam the earth. They are identified within scripture as: Demons, Familiar Spirits, and Unclean Spirits! They are called Familiar Spirits because these Nephilim-Demon-Spirits are intimately familiar with us human terrestrials because they have become a part of the Human-Race and had a partly human body at one time, some 4,500 years ago! These Demons are obsessed with possessing human bodies because a warm moist body is what they once had and they can only fulfill their desires and lust while inside of a body and not apart from one. These Nephilim-Demon-spirits find no rest or comfort outside of a warm body and take solace, pleasure and refuge within a warm moist human body (Luk 11:24). They are also called Unclean Spirits because their Origins came about through unclean and forbidden sexual practices. These Nephilim-Giants who were born with demonic souls & spirits were never meant to be in existence. They were not supposed to become a part of God's creation, for they cannot be made clean by the blood of Jesus, because Jesus was born as a fully human terrestrial being to die for fully human terrestrial beings for Jesus did not become and extra-terrestrial to die for extra-terrestrial beings, of a different nature, possessing different DNA!
Once the Giant Nephilim beings perished in the Flood, God allowed their disembodied Demon-Spirits to roam the earth part & parcel of His judgments against mankind for colluding with the fallen angels, by participating in these forbidden, unclean sexual practices which produced off-spring that could never have any hope of salvation. They were all born as condemned, unclean spirits. Since they were not fully human, the fully human blood of Jesus who became a fully human man, to die for fully human beings, his blood could not be applied unto these non-fully-human beings! To produce such beings, was literally producing condemned souls! Regardless, many earthlings volunteered their virgin daughters to these Fallen Angels! God also allows Demons to roam the earth because it was not their choice or fault to have come into being. It was the fault of & choices of their Fathers (the fallen angels), and the many disobedient Humans who had chosen to participate in this rebellion. Nevertheless, God has set a day to deal with, once & for all, these rebel Fallen-Angels and their condemned off-spring, the unclean disembodied Demon-Spirits, in the Latter-Days -(Mat 8:29). Scripture reveals that WE believers, will judge the Angels of God? Now you know why God will allow us to Judge angels! WE are appointed to judge fallen-angels because THEY sinned mightily against mankind, almost annihilating the human race - (1Co 6:3).

HUMAN SONS OF SETH OR ANGELIC SONS OF GOD?
Some argue that these "sons of God" were not Fallen Angels, but were the Righteous "sons of Seth" and that the "daughters of men" were the wicked "daughters of Cain" who were forbidden to marry each other. However, their is no Biblical or other Historical account that reveals the "sons of Seth" were forbidden to marry the "daughters of Cain". No such titles (sons of Seth/daughters of Cain) were ever used in ancient literature! Such theory is a modern theory, never held, discussed or contemplated by Biblical characters, nor by the early church Fathers! Plus, the Bible clearly begs to differ with this theory! When one contemplates this theory in comparison to all of scripture and historical literature, there's quite a few holes in this weak and nonsensical theory. Let's examine this frivolous and nonsensical theory below:
(1) If this "sons of Seth" theory is correct, then the author of such verses, (probably Noah, edited later by Moses), would not have chosen to haphazardly describe these mysterious, “sons of God / daughters of men” as such, but would have properly described them as, “sons of Seth and the daughters of Cain” to simply avoid confusion.
(2) Godly men and wicked women have copulated for centuries, but never once has it resulted in the production of a strong new race of Giant off-spring. It doesn't make sense that these “sons of God” in Genesis 6, are the “righteous sons of Seth” who were just as FALLEN as the wicked Daughters of Cain, because the Bible says that ALL HAVE SINNED AND ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT of the glory of God - (Rom 3:23). Such godly/ungodly intermarrying could not, would not and has not produce giants as a result.
(3) The fact that these renown Nephilim were Giant in stature and strength, should be seen as strong evidence that the identity of these “sons of God” must have been the Fallen yet mighty Angels and NOT mere finite humans called “sons of Seth”. Evidently, these "sons of God" had naturally passed on their higher celestial form of Genes/DNA into the terrestrial "daughters of men", thereby resulting in the births of these strong/giant/extra-terrestrial beings, called Nephilim... This makes sense!
(4) The fact God testified that ALL FLESH (human flesh) had become corrupt (contaminated) and had come to an end in His sight (Gen 6:12-13), and the fact that He sent a world-wide flood to wipe out all that had breath in its nostrils, saving only 8-pure humans, then later, commanded them to repopulate the earth, is a strong indication and plausible evidence that these "sons of God" were the fallen, yet mighty angels and that these Nephilim were the contaminated offspring of the celestial fallen angels, who copulated with terrestrial "daughters of men"! God, via Noah, could have preached unto them to repent, but He did not and thus destroyed them for good cause showing!
(5) The fact God prophetically revealed that Satan would have offspring in the earth, then warned Satan of his own demise (Gen 3:15), by thus revealing that a Human/Terrestrial Messiah would come through the Human/Terrestrial Gene Pool, via Eve's descendants, to deliver a death blow to Satan and "his seed", is a very strong indicator that these "sons of God" were indeed Fallen Angels. How so? Satan knowing a Messianic Plan was initiated against him, to destroy his works and offspring, thus putting Satan and his offspring out of business for good, it would only make sense that if Satan COULD PREVENT his own demise, that Satan WOULD PREVENT his own demise.... When one contemplates this theory in comparison to all of scripture and historical literature, there's quite a few holes in this weak and nonsensical theory. Let's examine this frivolous and nonsensical theory below:
(1) If this "sons of Seth" theory is correct, then the author of such verses, (probably Noah, edited later by Moses), would not have chosen to haphazardly describe these mysterious, “sons of God / daughters of men” as such, but would have properly described them as, “sons of Seth and the daughters of Cain” to simply avoid confusion.
(2) Godly men and wicked women have copulated for centuries, but never once has it resulted in the production of a strong new race of Giant off-spring. It doesn't make sense that these “sons of God” in Genesis 6, are the “righteous sons of Seth” who were just as FALLEN as the wicked Daughters of Cain, because the Bible says that ALL HAVE SINNED AND ALL HAVE FALLEN SHORT of the glory of God - (Rom 3:23). Such godly/ungodly intermarrying could not, would not and has not produce giants as a result.
(3) The fact that these renown Nephilim were Giant in stature and strength, should be seen as strong evidence that the identity of these “sons of God” must have been the Fallen yet mighty Angels and NOT mere finite humans called “sons of Seth”. Evidently, these "sons of God" had naturally passed on their higher celestial form of Genes/DNA into the terrestrial "daughters of men", thereby resulting in the births of these strong/giant/extra-terrestrial beings, called Nephilim... This makes sense!
(4) The fact God testified that ALL FLESH (human flesh) had become corrupt (contaminated) and had come to an end in His sight (Gen 6:12-13), and the fact that He sent a world-wide flood to wipe out all that had breath in its nostrils, saving only 8-pure humans, then later, commanded them to repopulate the earth, is a strong indication and plausible evidence that these "sons of God" were the fallen, yet mighty angels and that these Nephilim were the contaminated offspring of the celestial fallen angels, who copulated with terrestrial "daughters of men"! These pre-flood gravity and atmospheric levels were ideal for human life and such levels will be restored just prior to the return of Jesus to the earth.
Evidently, when the fountains of the great deep burst open from North to South Poles (mid-atlantic ridge), the intense pressure which spewed from the core of the earth *tilted the axis of the earth a degree or two, from its original fixed position. Hence, the current post-flood changes now prevent humans from living 850-years of age on average, like they did before the flood! Our life span has been reduced to 120-yrs of age, of which, post-flood life-spans slowly dissipated to an average of 70-yrs of age, with the rare ability of few humans, from ever reaching no more than 120-yrs of age!
